TRA
Tyler Aeschlimann, or TRA is an indie-alt rapper and R&B singer, filmmaker, photographer, and artist.
Born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota TRA found a passion for the arts at a young age. After creating his first YouTube channel when he was 12, Tyler spent the next five years making vlogs, shoe reviews, stop motion animation, and short films. In 2018, Tyler released his first two singles as a joke, but quickly pivoted into a more serious demeanor with the release of his song 'Again'. Since then, Tyler has dropped various projects about growing up, mental health, and love.
Graduating in 2023 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Tyler studied film with a minor in photography. Through the creation of his production company ‘ARTRA Studios’, Tyler has been able to create an abundance of short films, music videos, and documentaries.
TRA is currently based in Chicago and continues to be an independent artist. His love for creativity pushes him to make art that means something.
